A note: The coupon that is stuck to the bag essentially says, “Buy two
Tostitos and get a Tostitos salsa for free.” However, if you buy two bags and
bring this to the register, they will deduct $3.00 to bring the total for each
bag to $1.50 (the sale price "with coupon" advertised on the sign). Don’t do what I did and buy the salsa! The cashier deducted $3.00 as she should have, and I mistakenly told her that the salsa was only $1.99 and that she had
deducted too much. She adjusted the sale and I later learned I paid $3.00 for
each bag! I thought the sale price was the sale price and that the coupon was
the cherry on top. Don’t make this mistake! With the extra 4% off, you could get
both bags for $2.76 (or $1.38 each). Stock up!
